As a service provider within the meaning of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), we endeavor to make our websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the provisions of the BFSG and the ordinance (BFSGV).

Conformity status

The requirement for accessibility results from the Barrier-Free Strengthening Act (BFSG). Accessibility is implemented in accordance with the specific accessibility requirements of the BFSGV.

Conciliation procedure

The BGG conciliation body has the task of supporting an out-of-court settlement of disputes between people with disabilities and public institutions as well as private companies in the event of conflicts regarding accessibility.

The federal states are currently planning to set up a joint, central “Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen” (MLBF). At the time of writing, more detailed information on this authority is not yet known.

Description of our service and its implementation

Bridge ITS GmbH offers its customers various digital services related to consulting and enables data protection-compliant video telephony with functions such as screen sharing and interactive slides.

Bridge is aimed at financial and insurance advisors, broker pools, sales organizations and companies that want to digitalize their advisory and sales processes. The platform is suitable for both individual advisors and teams and supports hybrid advisory models – online and on-site.
